Dispatchers
Dispatchers at the United subsidiary are represented by the Professional Airline Flight Control Association (PAFCA). Negotiations for a new contract are currently ongoing.
Dispatchers at the Continental subsidiary are represented by the Transport Workers Union (TWU).

The Company met with PAFCA and TWU for the second round of joint negotiations on November 21 to present a comprehensive joint proposal. PAFCA and TWU originally planned to present a comprehensive joint counter proposal at this session, however, after receiving the Company’s proposal they requested to adjourn and reconvene joint negotiations on December 19 to provide additional time to prepare a counter proposal. On December 16 PAFCA and TWU cancelled the December 19 session and have not provided the Company additional joint negotiation dates.
