Examples of Dispatcher wage increases over the term of the company’s 3/30/2012 proposal are provided below.

sCO Dispatchers:

  • With less than one year of service at date of signing would receive a 12% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 5 years of service at date of signing on an afternoon shift would receive a 6% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 11 years of service at date of signing on a midnight shift would receive a 6% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 15 years of service at date of signing on an afternoon shift working an ATC desk would receive a 9% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 20 years of service at date of signing on an afternoon shift working an international desk would receive a 7% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With more than 20 years of service at date of signing would receive a 9% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.

sUA Dispatchers:

  • With less than one year of service at date of signing would receive a 14% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 5 years of service at date of signing on an afternoon shift would receive a 10% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 11 years of service at date of signing on a midnight shift would receive a 18% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 15 years of service at date of signing on an afternoon shift working an ATC desk would receive a 26% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With 20 years of service on an afternoon shift working an international desk would receive a 23% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
  • With more than 20 years of service at date of signing would receive a 21% average increase above current rates over the five-year term of the agreement.
